Polly is visiting from Italy for an extended vacation. The bartender at the poolside cabana provides additional history and notes she also complained of shortness of breath with her lower chest pain.

This visitor to the hotel DLM was last seen at the poolside cabana eating French fries and deep fried coconut shrimp. She then started complaining about right sided lower chest pain and back pain.
